Self + Health Sessions
We go beyond health coaching to address your psychological wholeness. We focus on embodying your experiences and how to be in relationship with your inner self. These are reoccurring sessions, the frequency and duration are up to you however. $175/60 min. session.
Dreamwork
I am a certified Archetypal Dream Pattern Analyst. If you have that one dream you can’t forget, or want to work together regularly because you have an active dream life, this is 1:1 depth psychology-based dream work. $175/60 min. session.
